Auto email campaign management software

Hi All, I am posting this question again in a different forum as well. I just want to know if someone is aware of websites that cater to auto email campaign management solutions specifically? I know that there are tons of email campaign management solution providers out there but I am interested in a website/company that call themselves specialists in Auto industry only?
I would appreciate if someone knows.

Nicole,
We use autorevenue.com. They pull from our DMS (ADP) and can customize emailings for almost any parameter for Sales, Service and/or Parts. Turn around time for an idea on our part until it's an email in the customer's in-box is 2-4 hours typically.
We have the capability to do some of the same from our ADP CRM but there's no comparison - the autorevenue mailing looks very professional vs. home made and the turn around time can't be matched in house. We have had very good response and usually do at least a couple campaigns per month.
