I'm a General Manager at a GM dealer. I will like to evaluate how is our efficiency in the service and parts departements but I will like to compare those numbers with a industry benchmark. Where can I find infomation regarding those benchmarks about efficiency (ratio of technicians per units received or days of sales)?

Twenty groups, NADA and your manufacturer can provide composites that will give you tons of benchmarks. You just have to remember that your mileage will vary.
