UCS laser charges

Hi All-

For those of you who happen to be on UCS laser forms for laser cash receipts and laser checks. Please make sure that you put a change request into your rep because they are overcharging all of us.

We just converted from the pin-fed to laser forms for the above in the office. For those of you who know, those forms only print 2/3 of a page of paper. Well, guess what? SO DO THE LASER FORMS!!! And because we pay per image ("TICK") we are being OVERCHARGED compared to if they actually set up their form to print in it's entirety on one page, with one backup. For instance: you are typing up a cash receipt and have 33 lines of g/l distribution. This should fit on 2 pages of "full page" receipts (maximum). This would charge you for 4 "ticks" in the ucs system. Because the system isn't set up properly, this prints on 3 "short page" receipts, charging you for 6 "ticks".

Don't we get charged enough for everything else? Please put in your change request form ASAP. The more dealers that complain about this overcharge, the faster we can get it changed.
