Have any other dealers had any recent negative experiences with Saab not paying rebates due or waffling on committments?
We were recently involved in a situation that they offered the customer a $6500 rebate rather than have a lemon-law buyback. Now that the customer is in a new vehicle, they are waffling on paying the rebate.
They also advised our salespeople that Saab would pay them for booth coverage at the Auto Show here; and are now refusing to pay.
Are we the only ones having these kind of B.S. experiences with them?
