Dealership Management Agreement?

They have them in hotels, restaurants, etc....why not in car dealerships?

Our "Big 3" franchise should probably go to the other "Big 3" guy in town. We have been told our "import" franchise is not going to continue when we sell, so no new owner will be approved.

The current owners are not looking for a fight, and not looking to spend any more of there retirement money to stay competitive, or even current.

Since our market is growing, a bigger dealership from "down the road" may want to come into town to sell new and used cars. Since all the good franchises are taken, and if we let them manage our facility, we dont have to go through a buy/sell.

I guess it really depends on how bad the guys from "down the road" want access to our market? Heard of any other dealerships trying this?
