Saturn will officially seperate from GM in September. There are a lot of moving parts and logistical issues to be worked out but I would imagine that they will stick with the current system. This is the same system that Saturn Service Parts Operations use and they no longer have to make concessions to squeeze under the GM Global umbrella.
