Email Follow Software

I would like to find software to automatically pull email addresses and send certain emails for follow up to service visits, sales and service reminders with hypertext links embedded to our page for booking appointments. I don't want to spend a lot. I could just load them manually in the software but pulling them out of Reynolds and Reynolds would be great. Any ideas out there?

First, ask your R & R rep what they have to offer. I believe they are ready to roll with a system like the one you describe.

If not, try Newgen Results/Carabunga, DealerKid, or Microsoft Dealer Point.

I would suggest WebControl from AVV in Columbus Ohio. We handle about 1300 internet leads per month, in addition we handle 361 parts requests, and 239 requests for Service. WebControl is the best of the 4 or 5 that we reviewed.

Web Control is a great tool as long as you are not to big of a store.
R&R has some beta testing going on, ask your rep. to get in on it.
If cost is a factor use Eudora, it works great, has multiple filters for e-management.
It will handle your group mailings, etc.
The down side is you still have to set the times for your letters to go out.
The upside is that now it's free
