Multiple Franchise Locations for deliveries

Anybody got any suggestions, opinions, or ideas on the topic of delivering cars away from dealership? Other than the obvious 3 day right of resention and franchise obligations......??

The answer is two-fold.

First, a dealer needs to condition themself to selling (and delivering) a car any way the customer wants to buy one. If that means home delivery or an Internet transaction, I think we need to do it. That is key to sustaining growth in this day and age.

Second, nearly every time I have had a heat case within three days, I have offered to take the car back anyway.

The vision we have of customers returning an offsite delivery are over exaggerated in my opinion. As part of a focused growth strategy it can't hurt as much as help.

Let me know your thoughts.
