We are facing a very large increase in the cost of health insurance for our employees. I would be interested in hearing from other dealerships what percentage of annual premiums are paid, and what others are doing to control this large expenditure.

$19 wk single/ $40 wk family coverage

80/20 major medical with 2-$250.00 yearly deductibles

$10.00 co-pay for prescription and preferred provider visits (hospital/doctor/chiropractor)

dental with $25 deduct then 80/20 fillings, 50/50 restorations, free biannual cleanings, free annual xray

$100 every two years for the employee themself for optical

our owner has added a new business every two years and it has kept our cost the same for 10 years (500 employees now)

hard to hire people or retain them without good health care coverages!
