Posted: Tue Jan 18, 2005 7:12 pmThe dealer I am working with is in the process of installing ACS access. We have some concerns using the follow up system. ACS is working with us, but i wondered if anyone else does aggressive customer follow up, both sales and service thru the ACS system.
