First and foremost, we hope that all of our dealership customers and families have been able to begin to gather their lives together after such a tragedy. For those who may have lost loved ones or friends, homes or even your dealership, our sympathies go out to you.
As a result of these recent events, effective immediately, Infomedia has suspended any payments due for the Microcat EPC for any dealers affected by the hurricane.

We understand the amount of work that will be required to get even the most basic of services operational. As such, dealers will not be asked to pay for any outstanding invoices or for systems being used until the dealership is fully operational again. Infomedia will wait to be advised of this by each individual dealer.

We will also continue to arrange for Microcat to be shipped to you during this time and these systems will all be at no charge during this period.

If any of the affected dealerships are able to utilize laptop computers or home PCs as part of their skeleton service, we can supply you new security dongles and disks and you will be up and running as quickly as possible.

We have proactively attempted to identify those dealers that are most impacted based on maps of the affected areas but will honor a request from any dealer in the affected area. To ensure that you are included in this program, please call our Customer Service Team on 1-888-929-5599 and identify yourself as one of the affected dealers in the area. While we are aware of the general area of damage, we do not assume to know the conditions of dealers in surrounding areas.

Added to this, if you have a neighbor dealer who is also trying to get on their feet, we are also extending the same offer to them, even if they are not a current customer of Infomedia. All you need do is advise our customer service team of their details and that you have asked for them to be included in the program and we will make the necessary arrangements. There is no obligation to do business with Infomedia after this period. We are just trying to help in any way we can.
