Hi All:
Looking for input regarding CRM ystems for dealerships. Does anyone have any suggestions for a system that meets your needs? Looking for sales and service applications, web based, easy to use, integrates with ADP and reasonably priced with good support. Too much to ask for?
Thanks in advance, all suggestions are welcome.

Funny... I was just asking our Sales Rep about this. We are on the ADP - ARG (formerly EDS) system. Anyway our Sales Rep had mentioned these three to us.

I have gone thru the CRM program. I have used ADP's crm only thing I can say is don't use it. It is to hard for the salesman to use and you know if it is too hard they won't use it. I have explored internet system don't like because of safety issues with internal information. We are now using Higher Gear. For the CRM company or programs I seen and used I think they are the most user friendly. By the way, ADP's crm does have a good reporting system but that is the only thing I did like.Good Luck

Please be cautious, the three systems that AKSales mentions only integrate to the ARG platform (formerly EDS) within the ADP family of products (Web2006, Web1000, DMS@NET).
My one piece of advise is...the best CRM package is the one your people will use. I know that sounds simple, but CRM is really more about your business practices and procedures and your ability to implement change and manage your processes than it is about any single software offering. All CRM packages work, but they all may not work for you.
ADP's offerings for Web2006 work well - for some. if you are going to look at ADP's offerings, please make sure to talk to dealers that have it and it works for them to understand what they had to and have to do to make it an effective tool in their daily business.

Many thanks to all who posted. Good information here.
Matt, you are so right in stating that the best system is one your people will use. So often, I see dealers who invest a lot of money in a system or mutiple systems that just go to waste. It all goes back to the one recurring theme I see in this business and business in general these days, lack of accountability.
