NADA-24 Follow Up System:
Is anyone using this system? If you are what types of issues if any are you seeing from the Follow-Up? How do you handle the issues if you have any returned that are not a 100%? Do you have your Front Line People do the follow-up after NADA-24 follow-up or do have a person that does that part of the process?? Would you recommend the system to other Dealers?

We use the system,its good for the most part,gives you a chance to correct things if there is a complaint before the customer gets a factory survey and also can track rechecks by advisor and tech.Provides good feedback from customers.I make the call backs when needed.It also compares your scores to benchmarks
