Pre-Paid Oil Change Programs

Does anybody use a pre-paid program for oil changes? How does it work? Do you collect monies in F/I and do you hold the monies in an account or do you let the F/I Dept make the profits? Do you charge the holding account your normal price or due you bill it at a special price? I am just looking for someone that has a great program that works and the systems are in place. Any HELP would be greatly appreciated.

Ford has a great pre-paid oil change program where it is entered just like warranty, and you can make some good returns if you have a good lube tech.
