Warranty Retail Parts Reimbursement

I know this does not seem to be importrant to many people that I have talked to but an update on this subject.

I know of at least two GM dealerships that are asking for retail parts reimbursement at suggested list. They have not recieved a response from Gm as of yet that I know of.

I have asked Mitsubishi for a labor rate increase. We originally asked them for a rate that we could compromise on. They did not say so but I am sure they felt the amount was to high. They asked for the RO survey. We let them know that if we did the survey that we would want the amount indicated that we were entitled to under statute. We did the survey and it came out about $10.00 higher than what we asked for.
THe rep picked it up and sent it to Cypress. We will see what happens.
