Does anyone have a simple(even though the job is not) checklist of necessary "to do's" for a GM? Maybe broken down by daily, weekly and monthly tasks.

A helpful exercise is to have the dealer write down a list of what he thinks the GM's essential duties are and also have the GM write down his own list. The two lists are rarely the same and make for a lively discussion.

Craft a checklist from the results.
