We recently started using the MPI inspection program, I am trying to find some non-factory Service Advisor sales training. Does anyone know of any companys that would be able to help me ?

I have used our B G rep before. They do a good job as far as training for selling products and overcoming objections. MPI can also send out trainers that do a very good job.I have been on MPI for over 1 1/2 years and they offer to help anytime we need it.

Not here to sell but Jeff Cowan Pro-Talk spoke to our dealer group. Very impressive but expensive. I've seen Lloyd Schiller (Dealer Service Corporation) as well. They both have websites. The also speak at NADA and you can get their presentation from past conventions to check out.

Remember, you get what you pay for. (Anon)

Also, Tyler Robbins of Automotive Training International has been doing a lot of service advisor training.

He's at Tyler@ATI360.com. Or www.ati360.com
