As I see it, there are 3 basic types of BDC's, each with their pros and cons. Which works best for you?
1. In-House
Pros: more control, local employees
Cons: wages, training, equipment, more training etc....
2. Outsourced
Pros: experienced telephone reps, faster and more dials made
Cons: expensive, less control, not local employees, weird accents?
