Penske/Saturn/ADP

Before the economic crunch ADP had a contract to install their DMS in all Saturn stores. Subsequently, GM "spun off" Saturn. Now Penske is in the process of acquiring Saturn. Was the contract every officially cancelled? If not, is Penske going to acquire that contract with GM and move ahead with the ADP DMS? Who does UAG use currently as a vendor and how open are they to change. Any input is interesting.

Penske/UAG (PAG) currently has Reynolds. UAG is on ERA and I think the Penske stores have some UCS Power systems.
