3-CSI?

I have set up and run 4 internet departments and 3 BDC's for an auto group in the Houston area. Pay plans tend to vary by the type of franchise(s) and size of store.

What franchises are involved and what is the total avg. mo. new & used production of the dealership?

I'll be glad to let you know what I have used and use now.

I work with 14 different stores within my dealer group (all sizes)

Could you offer a pay plan overview?

Thanks

In the stores I work with we establish the Internet pay scale on.
1. Past sales history of the deaprtment.
2. Responsibility of the individual - do they desk their own deals, do they set the ACV, F&I turns, set up make ready, etc.
3. Their past internet and floor experience.
Internet deparments very seldom if ever genrate poor CSI ratings, I have never figured that in the equation.

I agree with Bruce Bingham that every store will have a different criteria.

It is hard to find good ISM's. It is really hard to find great ones. Sometimes eroading salaries need to be considered. I know they will be a must in the future.

We are begining to do recruiting at the colleges to try fill the need for Intenet Sales Managers. Out of over a thousand students I have yet to have them ask how much can they make. They all seem to ask how much does it pay.
The trend for job acceptence seems to be a trend towards salaries, with spiffs set as goals and objectives are met.

If you have any questions please let me know
