Recently I have been promoted to Operations Director, I am a young manager that is starting out in a big organization. I need to get some knowledge on all aspects of management from leading my sales manager to focusing on the service department. I guess I need a through and in depth overview of all areas of management to improve myself and most importantly my store.
ANY SUGGESTIONS????????????????

Wow! Your brave!
There are tons of management tools out there. If you care to e-mail me I will be glad to narrow the needs list down a bit.
My first thought is get your upper management to let you chew a bite at a time.
If you have not been working in any of the departments take time to sell a car, write up a sevice quote, order a few parts, then go back to the office and follow each sheet of paper you generated to its final resting place.
