Menuselling
Posted: Mon Jul 21, 2003 11:57 amIs your FI Dept. utilizing menu process to offer all customers with all products at 100% of the time? As much discussion of how menu selling has increased dealerships bottom line, and improved CSI, why are you not using such a process yet?
