I'm a small Chevy store here in central PA. 4th generation- over 80 years. Up until 10 years ago most of our new sales inlcluded custom sold orders for our clients. Now with todays 30 programs, doesn't leave us enough time to guarentee a price or interest rate. My buddy up the street owns a Ford store and he says he can lock in a price and a payment, up until the last day of his programs. even if it take 6 month to get the vehicle. Is he just pulling my leg or does ford really offer this?

I am not sure how it works in the US, but in Canada the incentives and programs apply to either the date we placed the order or the date of delivery. It doesn't matter how long it takes for delivery as long as the vehicle is in the system. There have been some cases early this year where we have delivered 08 Escape Hybrids that were ordered during Family Pricing last July.
