Third party auto leads cost?

I'm wondering what the cost per lead is from these companies autobytel.com, dealix.com, newcars.com, edmunds.com and other similar lead generating sites. Do these sites give the particular lead to only one dealership or do they give the lead to several dealerships to compete?

I realize the lead cost probably varies depending on the type of car, so here is a list of a few cars that I would like to know the lead cost per car.

Honda

Toyota

Nissan

Mercedes Benz

BMW

Lexus

Ford

Chevrolet
