Do dealerships keep track of their cash customers and "A" credit customers? If so what is the percent of those customers and are records/statistics available by city/state/county?

Dealership computer systems track customer sales by customer and they are given parameters for credit that vary by dealership and by the various dealer management systems (DMS). This information is stored in the individual dealership computer system and not shared.

If I understand your question correctly, there is no national dealership credit service other than the various national companies like Dunn and Bradstreet and their competitors.
