Sales manager pay plan
Posted: Tue Nov 18, 2014 2:53 amNeed help on pay plan for sales manager. 100 new and used cars per month. I'm thinking % of total sales gross front and back. Unit bonus, pay increase as units increase? Do you pay including pack and doc or no? Help please!
