Ford Parts Upgrade

Is there anyone out there that has taken the "Parts Upgrade"? If so, what do you think? Is it worth the $$$?

We are in process of taking Parts Upgrade. We have received enough help with our inventory management processes that it HAS been worth while. If you have any idle cap, you will benefit.

We finished the Upgrade a few months ago. As of now it was well worth the $$$. We had some idle problems and special order problems. We have cleaned up a lot of our idle capital and our SPO's are as clean as they can get. We are very happy with the program.
