customer pay percentages

Does any one know what the industry standard is for service customer pay parts. I am currently running between 45-50% on the doc so far this month, and of course my Service Manager thinks that our matrix is to high but the owner thinks my month end percentages for cp is to low.

Your owner is probably confusing mark-up percentage with gross percentage.

Is your owner saying that your Month end GP% for only CP is too low? or overall? What percentage of your monthly business is RO CP parts sales? The 45-50 is great for RO GP%.
