Increasing trade sales

We are all interested in increasing trade sales. If you have promoted or marketed your parts department to trade sales successfully please let me know what you did. Bodyshops etc.

I have a massive trade database but like us all - I want it bigger...

By trade sales do you meean sales to garages
and body repair?
Many times your terminology and ours in the
USA is slightly different.
