I'm not sure what you're asking-- can you download orders or can you download orders with special order names.

If you want to download orders, you can do that via 2379. This is the Data Exchange program for parts orders. This program needs to be purchased and can be purchased using 6592. Once purchased, you will need to complete a small setup-- to get complete details, go to support.reyrey.com and log in. On the main page, at the bottom of the FAQ's, you'll see a FAQ for 'How do I acquire and setup AMDSG data exchange'-- click on that and you'll get full details.

If you are downloading orders, the special order names are sent to Toyota. Howerver, Toyota does not process special order names. They plan to process special order names on a future release of Dealer Daily.
