Ford Non Returnables

We are installing ADP and hare horrified to learn that we can't produce a list of nonreturnable parts that are in stock. The ADP folks have been working on it quite a bit but apparently the way ford designates non returnable with a blank space right of D is causing problems for them. Any other Ford dealers producing that type of report?

Call your ADP parts rep and ask them to write a "DICT ITEM" into your part-no. file that describes only the right side of "D" and call it "RD". Then you can use English to run a report. When specifying the selection criteria ask for 'RD EQ "" ' , this specifies an empty right "D" and will show exactly what you need. Jim jnecci@rbnet.com
