GM parts price update and ACDELCO

We rely on ACDELCO to supply our shops with mostly fast moving stuff. Usually, the PDC's are slow to respond with a stock order whereas our WD can get us stuff 2 or 3 times a day. However, the Feb price update shows price increses for the fast moving stuff and ACDELCO reports the same or larger increase: i.e., GM is trying to force our purchasing. Any views on this topic or strategies that seem to work? From just the oil filter price change, we should boost our LOF a couple of bucks...
