MONTHS NO SALE FIGURES

Looking for feedback on MONS from GM dealers. The benchmarks that I have found are not relevent to the RIM world of today. Mine are listed below. I know my over 12 is high due to my Delco parts from my supplier, slowly getting rid of those parts, and we still have RIM parts we are keeping for 15 months.

1-3 Mnths 20.81%
4-6 Mnths 14.73%
7-9 Mnths 12.09%
10-12 Mnths 10.66%
Over 12 Mnths 14.36%

Probably does not look much different than mine. I had a "wonderfull" discussion with a couple of Reps in regards to RIM's 100% protection (better known as an absolute lie). The only way to make it look better is to put the RIM parts in a seperate scource and run the report again excluding that scource. You will find a "substantial" amount in RIM that is over 12 months.
Remember the sales pitch "RIM will save you so much time and effort". MAJOR B S!
