I have an open case with ADP, but its been two days with no response yet... anyone seen this error and know if there is a way to fix it? I have parts ordered on this RO.
The WIP record for RO 178208 does not match the PARTS records. Call ADP.
Keep calling daily; they might address the problem eventually, but they are slow in areas where the CS representatives don't, themselves, understand the question and then it will be "escalated" to h "higher" level, meaning somebody that knows the problem.
