Btw, PartsPlant81, thank you. I did contact my DMA, who then contacted Crystal Stults at the Cincinnati PDC, who created a special return. I am awaiting paperwork. Now I've jumped through 20 hoops to get money back for something I should have NEVER had to jack with in the first place. Good times...
