Don't think they do, but you can print something like it at the Accessory Information Center

md; Call your ADI. The closest thing you can get will be "individual carline" catalogs, meant to be customer handouts. The number on the back of the Caddy one is 2013-2014-CAD-ARC-02. You might be able to use it for what you want.

it is called an Accessories WISHLIST print order form
we get them from our ADI near Seattle
for all Gm models ...you can add dealer info and custom pricing

I believe she is in upstate New York
she made us some Silverado accessories customer hand outs last year, with parts and labor prices included
Very professional and I'm talking to here about making us new ones for the new models.
