On April 4th, we experienced system issues which caused disruption to Parts Workbench and EPIC functionality. Most issues have been resolved, and dealers can now use these systems to submit parts orders, file claims, and submit material returns.
At this time, the ability for dealers or the Service Parts Assistance Center (SPAC) to upgrade orders to SPAC cases remains offline.
Work continues towards restoring full system functionality.
We will provide an update when the ability to upgrade orders to SPAC cases is restored.
