GM CSO Orders

GM CSO Orders

Just re-input my CSO order from testerday that I never got about 20 minutes. Mind you, I placed the order on the Parts Workbench
tab of Global Connect, THE GENERAL's web site. I then phoned SPAC to make sure the order was received. The agent I spoke to
tells me he DOESN'T FIND THE ORDER!! He suggested I check answerbacks continually to see if I ever receive an acknowledgement of said order and gave me a case naumber. Does anybody have any ideas about how we are supposed to get CSO's placed ?

The systems are down again! If you have CSOs today I would start trying to enter them now. All of my orders will not transfer.

Dear GM - You suck!!!

Just put my CSO order in and got a message that EPiC is down - press the back button and save it. So I hit submit again and it says the order was already placed.

I check order status and a message says order "Temporarily unable to retrieve Order Status"

unfriggin believable - just when you think they couldn't possibly suck any more, they suck more

At least we have a back up system like TRACS to place and check our orders......oh wait, i forgot they got rid of that. But at least we are still being charged for TRACS with a communication fee every year, so that makes up for it..

I know the IT guys are busy trying to Macgyver the system, but couldn't one of them send a message saying the system is down until further notice so we can quit wasting our time.

The site is up and running again!! But it still can't find my orders, once again I go to manually enter them and they tell me it is a duplicate order.

What's the Vegas odds on weather we will see this stuff or not?

Same here, duplicate order message, and here it is Monday, and wait... WE HAVE A WINNER! No orders on the dock except our REAM order and those placed after 4:00.

BTW still no order status or answerbacks available on the missing orders. Guess it's time to call the PDC since theres no info from GM

I received the same message Friday. So once i received the email stating the ordering issues have been resolved I re-submitted my CSO order using the same control number. I received a message stating "duplicate number" so I asssigned a new number and transmitted. Went thru fine and when I walked in Saturday morning I discovered I had duplicated my CSO order. :evil:

I got my answerback a few minutes ago, and can now see my order so it did go through.

I waited until about 4:50p.m. to put my order through on Friday...It did go through and all is well. Still waiting for the promised notification that the system is operational again and we can put our orders through... :P
