Perhaps some of you would share with me some details concerning your operations..rough estimates are welcome. As much information as possible is too.

Mostly interested in smaller stores.

1. Average sales
2. Wholesale sales
3. # of parts personel including manager.
4. % of inventory obsolesence (defined as 13+ months no sale)
5. # of manufactures
6. Amount of forced Inventory

Looking for connection between obsolesence and workload.
