Ignition Switch Web Ex Conference Call

Postby PartsPlant81 » Wed Apr 16, 2014 4:29 pm

Pretty much went over the new information we received today about the new order process and explained the process on ordering parts then contacting customer after parts have arrived for their vehicle.
Other than that, it was a myriad of confusion on parts of VINS that they are using for the parts being ordered (some said first 8, others said last 8); they danced around the question on if we get paid for cutting keys and coding cylinders, and want us to use this as an opportunity to show off our new facilities and how great we can handle customers in these dire times... 8-)

Thats funny, they created this mess, and expect us to make sure customers are thrilled to buy another gm product, after waiting 2-3 months for parts on their old vehicle. And after putting them in other makes of rentals (in some areas) I'm sure people will be thrilled to buy GM vehicles.
While I'm at it "show off our new failities" that we were forced to do without much input on what we wanted.

sorry just venting
