VW Service Express

Working for a VW dealer here, and our service department wants to be a Service Express dealer. We are a very small dealer, does anyone have any success stories out there? What can go wrong besides inventory issues with lube people and thier filter cabinet? I don't know too much details, and I already have a bad taste in my mouth from the Mopar Service Express.
