Lube Lane Inventory

We just started a express lube lane and I am in need of some advice as to how to manage inventory. To start off it will only have Oil filters , but we will soon want to add Air , cabin filters etc. But here goes , we are on Reynolds and started to use SPG (Service Price Guide) which will relieve inventory and that seems to work seamless but its the Oil filter inventory we place out in that area that has me with some concerns. How does everyone handle the stocking? do you pre charge filters to shop and let them deal with +/- inventory or do you do a daily or weekly count to reconcile and restock . How's everyone doing this ?

Count them once a week and any missing get charged to service.

Do not know the size of your quick lane however we have 2 bays dedicated to LOF and Tire rotations. Lube Techs inventory oil filters at the end of business each day and turn in the sheet to the Parts Dept. so that we can replenish their stock for the next business day. If they sell 47 PF48 oil filters, tomorrow they get 47 PF48's......and so on and so forth.
