Was it when selling RIM talked about stocking fewer of each item and stocking a greater amount of part numbers? I remember a rep talking about instead of stocking so many oil filters you could stock a lot fewer because they would be reordered daily. Well I ordered from my AC Delco Supplier daily and got a better price than GM's. Now I have 5 times the oil filters in stock. RIM and logic are not compatible.

Yes, we were lied to by the idiots at GM. We were told it would DECREASE our inventorys DEPTH and INCREASE its BREADTH.

Ther were a bucket load of lies and it got even worse with SLP. It got so bad before the BK that they were lying to each other at GM so they have to lie their way out of it at Congress. The biggest problem being that they got rid of a few of the top lairs and took the ones that were lying and put them at the top... I swear this is true
