Parts going on Backorder (chrysler)

Hey guys, there is this guy in our region, pretty much a city over, he picks up all the parts that are going to go on backorder before they do, does anyone know of a list or a way to do this. What I'm asking for is, is there a way to find the list of p/n's that are going to go on back order so that we can order a wack of them before there are finally on the back order?
