System Outage Notification:
Certain customer lookup functions in the Sales and Service workbenches are not available today due to a database outage we are experiencing. Every effort is being made to restore the database, but due to the nature of the outage, these services are likely to remain unavailable until early Wednesday morning.
The following items are impacted:
Service Workbench - Customer Pay RO History Search, and certain customer information on the Dashboard are unavailable
Shop Click Drive - Unable to retrieve customer and private offer information
Sales Workbench - Unable to perform certain low-volume customer searches and private offer searches
Lead Management – leads will flow to dealers but customer and private offer information will not be available
An alternative source of private offer information is available through the Manifest Search.

Please make note of the fact that there is NOT ONE WORD about the lack of access to SPAC case input that has been on the blink for at least 4 days

Update!!! After trying at least twice on each one I managed to get 5 out of 9 to go through 3:30 PST.
