Looking for ideas to move tires

I bought a 31013880 last week from local distributor for 72.60 +1.00 state fee, GM dealer is $130.51 check it out!

So selling at cost if you are using the GOT Run over program, will not work.

I guess somebody gotta pay for the recalls.........
