switch returns

Just had another couple to send back this morning. Noticed on the Global Warranty main page that the 5 swithes I sent back "per bulletin" are the only ones showing in "red" as not being received. Betcha a beer that this turns into an arguement.

I show 2 received, 2 on the way and 2 leaving today. None of mine have made it into the red yet

The only ones in red are from bulletin G_0000192928 attn Scott Fricker. I even duplicated the paperwork when they showed up on the Global Warranty return request and shipped that with a copy of the bulletin. Whatch the way the wind blows

Ahh - I didn't have any of those - lucky me

I did see though that the reason it was asking for them again "officially" was that someone did an add on the warranty claim and that triggered the parts request.

We had 5 show up and we called our Warranty contact and she removed them from our list. No problem at all.
