GM & Disney

I'm sick of hearing about the Disney Expereice.

Yes, GM lives in fanatasy land, but most of us don't. I'm about to have to add another day to my work week just to ship back recall parts - parts that in the past we didn't even have to retain at all!!! I currently have 40 to ship, and fedex just brought another 18 new ones in to pull key codes, ect.

Then this morning, Automotive News gives me another 'gift' - all Camaro's since the relaunch are to get new keys?????????? Because a few people who are really too long-legged to be in the car in the 1st place bumped the key with their knee....

OMG, when will it end??

I knew when the media forced Nixon to resign for things that most other presidents had done, the media had beaten us.
I knew when that lady spilled HOT coffee in her lap and won a ton of money, that the legal system had beaten us.

Poor Thomas Paine.... nobody in the US has any 'Common Sense' anymore....

The Disney Experience:
Disney is not mired down in management that requires ten meetings to decide which way to load the toilet paper and then does it wrong.
They have not been thru a government financed bankruptcy.
They make money the old fashioned way.
Management constantly tracks and reviews their ideas/programs/marketing/operations to see if they are obtaining the desired result and how can they be improved.
When there is a problem they investigate it and resolve it quickly.
Disney employees take pride in their work product - happy people.
