Billing oil ... Partial quarts...???

Anyone have a part # list for GM oil that is acceptable for warranty? We just added 0W20 to our Bulk. Gonna save a lot of money, but we need a bulk # for qts.

THE PART NUMBER THAT THEY INVOICE YOU IS THE NUMBER TO USE. USE THE GALLON NUMBER FOR QUARTS AND IT WILL COUNT TOWARDS SALES LOYALTY AND WARRANTY. OW20 DEXOS HAS 10 DIFFERENT PART NUMBERS DEPENDING ON WHICH BILLING OPTION AND EQUIPMENT PROGRAM (IF ANY) YOU'RE ON.

Use the bulk number but change cost to quarts and turn off parice update. It goes through just fine. Use the number you get billed for but change cost to quarts. I have the list if you need it.

We just use Part # 88864004 because that is the part # we get billed for on our invoice. Just change your cost and selling price in your DMS accordingly. Our DMS has a function to disable price updates for individual part #'s so I just use that function for this particular # so it doesn't change with the monthly price update...
