DLI DELIVERIES

Postby Rykid50 » Tue Jul 22, 2014 1:15 pm

All I can say is WOW..... anyone else having major problems with these guys??? I can honestly say that almost everyday I get an email saying "your order is running 4 hours behind" On top of that I constantly get other dealers parts or they get mine. GM has to do something about this its becoming a joke. Maybe its just my area?? I feel bad throwing them under the bus but if the slip says 3 totes and 4 loose pieces.... don't leave me 8 loose and 1 tote...

We have Lanter and my experience is GM doesn't care. As long as they are saving money, all's right with the world.

I've been lucky and have had 2 very, very good drivers running our route. Occasional part left at another dealership but overall, I couldn't be happier with their service.

Generally, DLI is a terrible company to deal with. We are routinely short/over pieces however, the route has been on time for the most part over the last several months. The winter was a joke, but weather wasn't exactly perfect here either. I did get notice our route is running an hour late today, which is the first time that's happened in a while. Good luck getting anywhere with complaints...they'll fall on deaf ears. Just pray a substitute driver never runs over an Envoy on your lot...that's what happened here and it's been a disaster getting the situation rectified.
